Hoffman Amplifiers Sales Receipt

 

 You can look at the last Sales receipt that you received and determine which card you used on your last order.
The last four digits and the Exp. date are at the bottom of your sales receipt.
 Please use the same name on every order, you can see the exact spelling of the name at the top of the sales receipt.
Example: If you are file as Bill Jones, do not use William Jones on your next order.
My computer will set up another account because Bill and William are not the same
