Shoulder Washer

Insulated shoulder washer
Used to isolate metal jacks from the chassis
Most commonly used with the L12A switchcraft jacks
Inner hole size = .38"
Chassis hole size/Shoulder = .5"
Outer diameter = .63"
You need two of these to insulate a metal jack

Nylon Washer - Marshall jack

Use this washer on the old style Marshall Jacks if your face panel is less than .125" thick
The old Marshall amps had very thick plexi face plates and so no washer was needed
The chrome nut only tightens down so far leaving a .125" gap
The old style jacks come with a thin red fiber washer and so you will need one of these black nylon washers also.
You can see the before and after difference if you look at the larger image on the left
These washers are approx .065" thick
Hole is .44" and Outer diameter is .75"

10-24 Chassis Screw

1.5 inch long Chassis mounting screws
Use this screw with the Rivet nuts and the Clip nuts below
The screw head is a flat blade Truss head
You can cut these shorter these with a hack saw if needed

Install these rivet nuts in a 19/64 inch hole
Use a 10-24 bolt and a #10 washer to compress them
The serrated edge collapses down and grabs the chassis
Chassis thickness range is .02 to .13 inch thick
Use the 10-24 Chassis screws above with these nuts
