Design your own Turret Board or Eyelet Board

You can design your own Custom board and have my CNC machine drill all the holes.
Create a custom board and put the holes anywhere you want them.

FR4/G10 Glass epoxy board material

I stock two colors - Natural and Black
.125 inch thick glass epoxy circuit board material.
3.125 inch wide, cut to your length

Shipping container lengths are a problem for long pieces of board.
The maximum board length I can ship to US customers is 36 inches.
The maximum length for international customers is 18 inches

The minimum board length I will cut is 4 inches.

All my board material is ripped from large sheets into 3.125 inch wide strips
I do not have any other width board material

The black board is Non-Conductive FR4/G10

Tall Turret Lugs for .125 inch board

Plated Turret Lugs for the 1/8th (.125) inch thick circuit board material I sell on this page
These lugs fit my Pre-drilled Hoffman style boards.
Drill a 3/32 inch hole (0.09375 = 3/32). Lug base is 0.90 wide x 0.167 long
Turret lugs are more expensive than an eyelet because they are a solid piece of brass that is turned on a lathe type machine
Once the desired shape is there, the lugs are then sent to a plating company and plated with a very nice coating so that they can be soldered to.
Turret lug construction is much nicer than eyelet construction, IMO.
I have my turret lugs custom made for in batches of 100,000, these are not off the shelf lugs.
Use the 3/32" drill on the Tools page to drill the holes in your circuit board and install the turret lugs.
Use the lug and eyelet installation tool on the Tools page to install the lugs.

Order a couple more lugs than you need in case you damage one or the counting scale I use is off by a count of one

Tall eyelets for .125 inch board

Tall eyelets for the 1/8" thick circuit board on this page.
Use the 1/8" drill on the Tools page to drill your circuit board for both eyelets sizes.
Note on installation: The eyelet goes into a hole on the board.
It sticks out past the back side of the board just a little.
You then swage or flair out the backside of the eyelet so that it stays on the board.
Use the lug and eyelet installation tool on the Tools page to install the eyelets.

Short Turret Lugs for .062 inch board

Plated Turret Lugs for .062 inch thick circuit board material
Drill a 3/32 inch hole (0.09375 = 3/32). Lug base is 0.90 wide x 0.107 long
These lugs also fit my Hoffman relay boards.
Use the 3/32" drill on the Tools page to drill the holes in your circuit board and install the turret lugs.
Use the lug and eyelet installation tool on the Tools page to install the eyelets.

Blues Junior Tube Board

This board will let you replace the wimpy stock Blues Jr tube board
If your board has burned traces and melted solder from excessive heat, this is for you
Current color is a natural/greenish color

6 lug terminal strip

Terminal strips for custom circuit construction.
The mounting foot lug can also be used as a chassis grounding point.
The 6 lug strip has two grounds-mounting feet
